Director - Momentum Life Coaching
It is a privilege to write this reference for Liesl. I met her in 2010 when she did my Life Coaching Course. It is a 6 month course where the class gets to know each other on a very deep level. Her depth of knowledge and interesting insights impacted every one of us.
As a solo business owner, 16 years later, I rely heavily on our conversations (from over the sea!) to move me forward. Being in business alone, is literally lonely at times. (My partner is lovely and he tries, but he’s worked for large corporates his whole life.) I need someone who gets the subtleties, the details and the stress of doing it all - from marketing, admin and actually delivering the service… or worse, trying to train someone to do it correctly!
Liesl looks ‘light and fun’, but actually, it’s impossible to walk away from a ‘chat’ that doesn’t bring insight, clarity and motivation. She’s my go-to when I need clarity, wisdom and a fresh perspective.
Any business is better with her in the wings!
Regards
Vivienne Kelly

Tammy Ockerse
Occupational Therapist and Micro Business Owner
I have worked with Lee since 2012, when I was going through a very busy and demanding time in my life, working and raising three teenagers. Over the years, Lee has always been incredibly supportive and understanding. She has supported me on an emotional level, and I have always felt that I could talk openly with her and that she genuinely understood me.
When I decided to go back to university to study Occupational Therapy, Lee was very encouraging and supportive and really believed in my ability to succeed. She has continued to support me throughout my professional journey, offering guidance around different business models and giving me practical advice about managing work, looking after myself and the importance of self-care.
We have remained in touch over the years, and I am very grateful for Lee’s ongoing support, encouragement and guidance, and for the positive impact she has had on both my personal and professional life.

I have had the privilege of knowing Lee for about 20 years both as a loyal client of her salon and through her work as a life coach. I continue to be impressed by her unique combination of commercial acumen and creative thinking.
As a salon owner and entrepreneur, she has built a business founded on exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence.
In her role as a life coach, she brings that same passion and authenticity. She has a unique ability to inspire confidence, challenge limiting beliefs, and help people realise their potential. Her positive energy is contagious, and her commitment to helping others succeed is evident in everything she does.
She has a natural talent for understanding what people need, creating an environment where clients feel valued, and continually evolving her services to stay ahead of the curve.
I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Lee as she embarks on her next business venture. Having experienced her talents as both a successful salon owner and an inspiring life coach, I have seen firsthand her creativity, passion, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
I have no doubt she will bring the same energy, vision, and customer-first approach to this new opportunity and achieve great success.

Catherine Kemunto
Cyber Security Consultant.
Working with Lee has had a real impact on my career and my confidence. I started out questioning my abilities and struggling with imposter syndrome, which often held me back from putting myself forward for new opportunities.
Through coaching sessions with her, I learned to recognise my strengths, communicate my value and trust my own judgement. I developed stronger skills in communcation, decision-making, problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership. These sare skills that are valuable not only in my career but also in business.
Her coaching has helped me see my potential more clearly and take ownership.
